Today wasn't a bad day:

- Black coffee

- Venti iced Americano, no water/sugar free vanilla/whole milk from Starbucks (IDK, 100c?)

- SlimFast Low Carb vanilla shake (190c/20g protein)

- Protein shake for dinner: Vanilla Designer Whey/coconut milk/frozen mango/frozen strawberries/flax (330c/20g protein)

- NSA rice pudding cup w/ cinnamon (160c/8g protein)

- Nature Valley Protein bar (190c/10g protein)

- water, water, water!
